At Pure Life Pet Store, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on items that are either damaged or incorrectly purchased, provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of payment (your original order form is sufficient).

Please inspect your Pure Life Pet Store package upon delivery.
 If any items are damaged during shipping, notify us as soon as you open the package. Be sure to retain all original packaging materials, as these may be needed to process your return.
